Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2.5 tablespoons sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons canola/melted coconut oil/vegan butter
- 3.5 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips (or other add-in; I like coconut shreds)
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a mug
- Add in the wet ingredients
- Microwave for about 1.5-2.5 minutes
